B55 “Keep Your Eye on the Prize”

This was a commission piece I did for some lovely collectors. It was based on a photograph taken by William Lovell Finley (August 9, 1876 – June 29, 1953) that had great meaning for the family that commissioned the work. I had fun colorizing the image and adding a few things to create a little story for these scruffy little Belted Kingfisher siblings.
